SitOnIt Seating height adjustable tables; OM Seating Werksy chair
In this office setting, the client had a great idea to convert a series of VTC rooms into more multi-functional spaces. We partnered with MidCity Office Furniture to make this concept a reality. The existing loveseats were replaced with height adjustable tables from SitOnIt Seating installed opposite of the VTC display. This table can now be used for video teleconferencing, a meeting table, or a touchdown office desk for visiting staff. The OM Seating Werksy chair fits right in with the existing loveseat which remains in the room for huddle meetings.
This client was interested in trying something new. We partnered with MidCity Office Furniture to refresh this office. The OFS Cinque guest chair in the color Mallard breathes new life into this updated office space. The Cinque chair features hairpin legs that add a professional and modern look. The Allsteel Approach Desk pairs well with the the Genus chair, also from OFS, in the color Gravel. The Genus chair is both functional and ergonomic, featuring pivoting arms, lumbar support, and a seat slider.
Durability and hygiene are two important factors to consider when choosing furniture for a healthcare facility. The treatment table for the medical office project on the left is from CME Corp. The medical exam stool and vinyl covered guest chairs are from HON. Vinyl is long-lasting, durable, and easily cleanable, making it an ideal choice for a hygienic environment.

Davies Office remanufactured workstations
This customer turned in furniture inventory from decommissioned sites as part of the Sustainable Exchange Banking solution and used credit towards these workstations. These workstations were remanufactured and designed to the client's specification by our dealer partner, Davies Office.
Sustainable Options
At Vital Workplace Solutions, we support a circular economy. We work with dealer partners, such as Davies Office, in order to provide innovative and sustainable furniture solutions.
For the below installation, we partnered with Davies Office. Instead of the metal filing going to a landfill, Davies Office remanufactured them, manufactured ancillary surfaces, and other items, and created office furniture to the customer’s specifications.
These remanufactured products were paired with a Hexy Task Chair and Freelance Side Chairs from SitOnIt Seating, making this project both cost effective and sustainable.

This room features furniture from OFS and Carolina, an OFS company, artwork from Great American Art, and a rug from Art of Floors. The soft blues contrast well with the yellow lounge chair. The artwork really ties this corner of the room together and brightens up the space.

This project was for a youth waiting room for adolescents dealing with family matters in court. It was necessary to a create a space that has a calming and youthful aesthetic. The room features furniture from National Office Furniture, artwork from Great American Art, valances from HC Interiors and a rug from Lamps Plus.

The office space project on the right features Allsteel workstations and Noble Mesa panel fabric.
The private offices on the left, which are part of the same project, are a mix of OFS Bistro seating around the table and Encore Seating Twirl guest chairs. The chairs are both upholstered in Mayer Fabrics Malibu Cinnabar to form a cohesive look. The desks are from Groupe Lacasse Inc and the task chair is from Via Seating.
